We run three Cross-HIIT sessions a week. You don't need to have attended an induction before coming to one of these classes however you will need to sign up online to book.
Cross-HIIT sessions are an hour long and we put you through a high intensity session comprising of cardio intervals, bodyweight movements and resistance training that will burn fat, improve muscle tone and build fitness. The structure of these sessions is the same as our CrossFit classes but with less heavy lifting!
If you want to try a session run by professional trainers in the only functional fitness facility in the area then this is the perfect session for you. They're popular classes though so be sure to contact us and book in!
