Mums & Bubs

Our Pre and Post Natal exercise class is open to women of all fitness levels and at any stage during or after pregnancy who want to improve their fitness, and rebuild muscular alignment, stability and strength on the lead up to, or after, childbirth. You can even bring your little ones with you and get a coffee, tea or healthy snack in our gym cafe afterwards!
