Our class for people of 60+ years of age. All levels of fitness or experience are welcome and it's a one hour session that mixes cardio vascular training with light resistance and bodyweight exercises.

You don't need to have attended an induction or be a member before coming to one of these classes however you will need to sign up online to book.  

 

If you want to try a session run by professional trainers in the only functional fitness facility in the area then this is the perfect session for you. They're popular classes though so be sure to contact us and book in!
