Personal Training

We understand that some people prefer to work with a trainer on a one-to-one basis rather than in a class. Personal training is a great way to work on your own specific fitness goals whether it's to lose body fat, get stronger and fitter or even to run a marathon and we have an experienced team of personal trainers who are experts when it comes to getting results for their clients! All sessions take place in our state of the art functional fitness training area and our trainers are also able to help you with dietary and nutritional concerns as well as designing a training program to do yourself outside of your one-to-one sessions as part of a personal training package.
