I like the variety of the workouts, the camaraderie and the feeling of being challenged.

What do you like about Crossfit?
What's not to like - for us it is a big part of our life now both in the "box" and at home. We really enjoy the Real Fitness Community, getting to know everyone and making new friends. It's like a big family. No one is judged on their ability and the motivation from the coaches and other members is great. The sessions are varied and scaled to everyone's ability so that everyone can take part in a session. Everyone hangs out after a session to chat to each other. - it's great. At home we watch CrossFit videos on Youtube so we can study different technical moves so that we are able to progress and improve, it really is that addictive.

What do you like about Crossfit?
I've always enjoyed circuit training type exercise. I never considered myself to be particularly strong but definitely enjoy the weight training side.  A normal gym doesn't suit me - l'm too lazy and need someone telling me what to do!

What has been your proudest moment?
It has to be the only time I managed to Rx a WOD! Also, I'm pleased that I have persevered and manage to get twice a week.

What do you like about CrossFit?

Kelly - Every day is different, whenever I have done a WOD, my body feels the difference. The coaches motivate me to keep challenging myself, by adding the extra weights and pushing harder through the cardio sections or trying the more complex movements rather than the scaled movements.

Arron - It doesn’t matter who you are and what your ability is because everything can be scaled to what you can achieve. The thing I enjoy most is the community spirit. I have met people from all walks of life and many have become good friends.
